We may contact customers to verify COD orders before dispatch.

4. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may need to follow our Return & Refund Policy, where applicable.

DailyMall may cancel an order if:
